Returns
- You have 30 calendar days from the day you receive your order to return an item.
- To qualify for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
- A receipt or proof of purchase is required to complete your return.
Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll let you know whether your refund is approved.
- If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. The timing of the refund depends on your card issuer’s policies.
- Please note: Shipping costs are non-refundable. If your original order included free shipping, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
Late or Missing Refunds

- Contact your credit card company — it might take some time to officially post.
- Reach out to your bank — processing times can vary.

Exchanges
We currently don’t offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please return the one you purchased and place a new order separately.
